Step 1: Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation
Come into our Portland studio or meet with us via Zoom for a comprehensive consultation. We’ll discuss your movement history, previous injuries, and current pain patterns. This is where we really get to know your body and your goals—and it’s completely free.
Step 2: Custom Program Design
Our team takes everything we learned about you and hand-writes a customized program using the latest evidence-based protocols. This isn’t a generic workout plan—it’s specifically designed to address YOUR pain patterns and movement limitations.
Step 3: Private One-on-One Introduction
Learn your custom program in a private session where we’ll explain exactly why each exercise was chosen and how it addresses your specific pain patterns. We dial everything in to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with every movement.
Step 4: Consistent Training & Guided Progressions
Get scheduled for 1-3 sessions per week in our gym. You’ll work through the three phases of our method in either private sessions or small semi-private groups (maximum 5 people). Your dedicated coach guides you through attainable progressions, ensuring you’re always challenged but never overwhelmed.
Throughout this phase, you’ll build confidence with your form, learn how to modify exercises for YOUR body, and even discover techniques to treat pain symptoms at home.
Step 5: Return to What You Love
This is the best part. Once you’re moving pain-free, we help you train for whatever activities you want to get back to—whether that’s hiking Forest Park, playing with your kids without limitations, returning to your favorite sport, or simply enjoying daily life without constant discomfort.
