We collect your mobile phone number when you:
- Complete an intake form, either in-studio or online
- Verbally consent and are enrolled by a PIF staff member with your explicit agreement
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from PIF at the number provided.

- Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for upcoming scheduled sessions
- Scheduling communications — waitlist notifications, cancellation confirmations, or rescheduling requests
